IMPORTANT! Please read carefully before placing an order:
Personalised items
- For cancellation: All personalised item orders can be cancelled and refunded if you contact us at hello@bangkokandco.com or via direct messages within 24 hours after making your purchase. You will receive full amount refund of your total bill value.
- For return: All personalised items cannot be returned for a refund due to it being personalised with your names/ initials. However, if the reason for returning is because we shipped you a wrong or damaged item, in that case, please see below process for Damaged and Wrong items.
- For cancellation: All non-personalised item orders can be cancelled and refunded if you contact us at hello@bangkokandco.com or via direct messages within 24 hours after making your purchase. You will receive full amount refund of your total bill value.
- For return: All non-personalised items can be returned and refunded if you contact us at hello@bangkokandco.com or via direct messages within 7 days after receiving your order. In order for us to process the refund, you must send the items you wish to refund back to us. Please note that Bangkok&Co do not cover the postage costs for the return and will only refund the product price excluding the delivery fee.
- The refund will be processed only after we have received the returned item.
- Every single item purchased must be returned in a sellable condition as sent out in original packages and tags, otherwise no refund will be issued. Under no circumstances will we accept a return that is damaged, used or dirty.
- However, if the reason for returning is because we shipped you a wrong or damaged item, in that case, please see below process for Damaged and Wrong items.
- We are very thorough in checking all our items before they are dispatched however, if you believe an item is damaged, please contact us at hello@bangkokandco.com or via direct messages within 7 days after receiving the delivery with a brief description of the problem along with images so we can look into this for you.
- Bangkok&Co reserve the right to reject any replacement in the occasion that the request is not genuine after our investigation.
- Once verified as a valid complaint, we will send the replacement and bear the additional delivery charge or you can opt for a store credit refund of the total bill value.
- We will advise you on how to proceed with sending the damaged item back to us. We will cover postage costs for our error.
- In the unlikely event, the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us at hello@bangkokandco.com or via direct messages within 7 days after receiving the delivery. We will send the correct item and bear the additional delivery charge or you can opt for a store credit refund of the total bill value.
- We will advise you on how to proceed with the return. We will cover postage costs for our error.
- Bangkok&Co can not be held responsible for any loss or delay of any item sent via any of the courier services. All delays are out of our control and should be taken up with the courier it was dispatched with. No refunds will be offered on delayed items.
- All Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Types of refund and duration:
Credit Card refunds, the refunded amount will be returned through the original card used on the transaction. Credit cardholders will receive the refunded amount in their next billing cycle.
Debit Card refunds, the refunded amount will be returned through the original card used on the transaction. Debit cardholders will receive the refunded amount within 30-60 days.
Store credit refunds - you will receive the refunded amount right away in form of a gift card to purchase any products on the website and there is no expiry date.
